The Table No. 2

The only Filipino dining place in the area. Used to be better I thought, but still a nice place. I will ask for the flavours more to my liking - like it used to be in Raymo. Will still go back and apparently many do. Very busy.

Soooooo good!!!! Partner and I did a quick google search of Thai in the area and stumbled across this place. We had the Massaman, crispy pork and veggie dumplings and to say we were happy with our order is an understatement! The Massaman was out of this world. I love spice and the Massaman was full of flavor, sweet and spicy and the beef….. melts in your mouth. Some of the most tender beef I’ve ever had. The crispy pork was delightful and full of crunch. The veggie dumplings aren’t what you’d expect (we’re so used to Chinese dumplings), but they were so tasty. All dishes Paired with the coconut rice and we were in Heaven. Only downside….. the fact we’re moving and won’t get to experience this place again. Wishing we had eaten here sooner and been able to try the other dishes.

Wow, I wanted to give 10 stars before we had finished entrees. I had bbq pork and my wife had mixed entree and they were exceptional, so much flavour. For mains we had combination pad thai, thai fried rice with soft shell crab and sizzling pork sisig. All the dishes were amazing. The flavour, the smell and the quantity, the staff were helpful and polite we would totally recommend this restaurant come and try you wont be disappointed.

I ordered pick up for the first time. The restaurant had a gorgeous feel to it and the food was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t tell you the last time I had thai that tasted this good! Amazing and will definitely be a regular customer.

Delicious food and friendly service. We had the Thai yellow curry and it was delicious, as was the Filipino fried tofu dish and the banana spring rolls. The curry was fresh, tasty, and generously sized, and there were loads of vegetarian options.

I recently dined at The Table No. 2 and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, every dish we tried was a delightful journey through Filipino flavors. We kicked off our meal with curry puffs these little bites of heaven were incredibly delicious. The blend of spices and flaky pastry set a wonderful tone for the evening. Next up were the deep-fried dumplings and let me tell you, they were absolutely mouthwatering! They were crunchy and each bite was packed with flavor, making it hard to resist going back for more. For the main courses, we ordered the Duck & Veg Stir Fry with Glass Noodles and the Chili & Basil Beef Stir Fry with Jasmine Steamed Rice. Both dishes were superb! The duck was tender, and the combination of vegetables and noodles was perfectly balanced. The beef stir fry had just the right amount of heat and was bursting with fresh flavors. Now, let’s talk about dessert! The deep-fried ice cream was a revelation. Served with cream, peaches, and a wafer stick, it was simply amazing and a chocolate sauce. The outer layer had a crust reminiscent of marshmallow that had just been pulled from the fire absolutely delish! It’s hands down the best fried ice cream I’ve ever had! We tried the Filipino cookie a chocolate treat that was moist and utterly delicious. Overall, The Table No. 2 exceeded my expectations. The combination of flavors, the quality of the dishes, and the warm atmosphere made this dining experience truly special. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
